While many of our core employees have been with us for years, we actively recruit and hire fresh talent – whether it’s that bright young civil engineer just out of college, or the superintendent with 30 years of construction experience. At the core of our team, the continued family ownership of RCI:

Joseph Rotolo, Jr. company president, has more than 30 years of experience, with 15-plus years leading RCI. Joe is well known to our clients and competitors throughout our region. While president of a company employing 150 people, Joe continues to be a very hands-on president, active in the design phase of most new projects and highly visible during the installation phase.



Kerry Rotolo also has more than 30 years of experience in our industry and is responsible for all financial and administrative support services of the company.  Kerry is also active in negotiating new projects and the contract administration of ongoing projects.



Rod Rotolo has been with RCI for more than 20 years, and personally oversees all estimating functions. In addition, Rod provides technical support in numerous areas from IT to installation challenges in the field.





Keith Rotolo, who joined RCI almost 10 years ago, is actively involved in sales and oversees all of our landscape maintenance operations, including Memphis, Tennessee, Jackson, Mississippi, the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Louisiana.



Michael Rotolo represents the beginning of the second generation of our family to join the business.  A recent engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, Michael is responsible for operations of our pool division while applying his engineering skills throughout the company.



RCI prides itself on long-term employees who share the founders’ spirit and dedication as well as new, energetic employees from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds:

Jodi Corey has been with RCI since working at our retail nursery in high school, continuing with us after college for almost 20 years.  Jodi exemplifies the RCI “do it right, right now” attitude. He serves as our landscape division manager overseeing all operations and personnel in our largest division.

Lance Sanders is our most senior Project Superintendent and has been with RCI for over 10 years.  We often turn to Lance when a large project must be completed in a short timeframe.

Scott Brewer is our Tunica Area Manager and has been with RCI for over six years.  Scott, who earned his MBA prior to joining our company, oversees our maintenance operations in the greater Memphis market.

Kirk Coulton is an MSU graduate employed with RCI for several years.  He is our Jackson, Mississippi, Area Manager overseeing our maintenance operations in this market.

John Davis joined RCI a little over a year ago as our South Mississippi and Louisiana Maintenance Operations Manager. John has extensive experience in the golf industry and was most recently the head PGA golf professional at the Bridges Golf Course in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, employed at Casino Magic.
