An internship at RCI is an open window to the world of landscaping.  Over the course of your internship, you can rotate through many different positions to learn the ropes in running crews, see firsthand the detailing and maintenance process, and take part in estimating, sales and management of a project.

RCI also offers internships in specialty areas, such as landscape construction, irrigation, tree care, horticulture and business management. All internships are paid, and in some areas we offer a housing allowance for an apartment that may be shared with other interns. Uniforms are also provided.

Our goal is to hire successful interns full-time after graduation. Some of our best long-term employees started their careers with us as interns. Come join an industry leader for the summer and stay for a career!
