RCI was there to design and implement the award winning grounds and takes pride in adding the IP to their portfolio.  The highlights of this extensive project included:

• Full re-landscape of the main casino grounds
• Complete renovation of the 12th floor pool area:
• Major renovation of the pool

• At night the 12th floor turns into a nightclub with extensive mood lighting and a first of it’s kind 10 MM 15 x 10 LED screen

This beautiful, welcoming property recently re-opened fully renovated after Hurricane Katrina devastated the area.  Now open to tourists and business travelers alike the Beau Rivage is an example of the 4 star work RCI has in their vast portfolio.

Having completed the original landscape and irrigation project in 1998, RCI was called back for the even bigger task of a complete re-landscape in the aftermath of the storm including installation of landscaping and irrigation on the pool deck 5 stories high.  Over $3 million dollars of work was completed in just a few months to meet the grand opening exactly one year from the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Case Study: Hancock Bank, Gulfport, Mississippi

Ranked in the top 20 banks in the nation, Hancock Bank has weathered many storms in the 107 years of it’s history but in the wake of Hurricane Katrina the company had to re-build one of their cornerstones, the flagship branch at One Hancock Plaza.  In October of 2005, the company unveiled a massive multi-million-dollar restoration project for One Hancock Plaza that positioned Hancock as an icon for rebuilding and renewal after the storm and RCI was part of it.

Enhancing this project:

• An open air plaza enhancing the downtown business landscape
• Specialized water features, fountains and ponds
• Carefully designed irrigation system maintaining plant coverings and tree lined walkways
