Case Study: Hancock Bank, Gulfport, Mississippi
Ranked in the top 20 banks in the nation, Hancock Bank has weathered many storms in the 107 years of it’s history but in the wake of Hurricane Katrina the company had to re-build one of their cornerstones, the flagship branch at One Hancock Plaza. In October of 2005, the company unveiled a massive multi-million-dollar restoration project for One Hancock Plaza that positioned Hancock as an icon for rebuilding and renewal after the storm and RCI was part of it.
Enhancing this project:
- An open air plaza enhancing the downtown business landscape
- Specialized water features, fountains and ponds
- Carefully designed irrigation system maintaining plant coverings and tree lined walkways
- Floral beds and plantings guiding the flow of foot traffic
