The IP was the first casino to open on the Mississippi Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina

RCI was there to design and implement the award winning grounds and takes pride in adding the IP to their portfolio.  The highlights of this extensive project included:

• Full re-landscape of the main casino grounds
• Complete renovation of the 12th floor pool area:
• Major renovation of the pool
• Installation of cabanas
• 12,000 sq. ft. Travertine deck
• At night the 12th floor turns into a nightclub with extensive mood lighting and a first of it’s kind 10 MM 15 x 10 LED screen
• Extensive landscape and irrigation
• RCI now performs maintenance on the beautifully landscaped grounds
