CASINOS AND RESORTS

Grand Casino, Tunica, MS

• Installed original landscape and irrigation in 1996. This was originally a $2 million project installed in just 18 days with over 100 employees on site.
• Have maintained all landscape and irrigation since 2001.

Grand Oasis Resort, Gulfport, MS 

• Provided design/build around the hotel and lazy river with a lush tropical landscape
• Maintained all landscape, irrigation and turf from 1999  until Hurricane Katrina

Grand Casino, Gulfport, MS

• Completed a renovation of the casino landscape and irrigation
• Maintained all landscape from 1999 to Hurricane Katrina
  

Bayview Hotel Resort, Biloxi, MS

• Re-landscaped the project after Tropical Storm George in the late 1990s, working closely with the Grand management team to maximize their insurance claim to include the re-landscape of the entire project
• Scope of work included landscaping, irrigation, retaining walls, and protection and rehabilitation of several large oak trees on the property

Grand Casino, Biloxi, MS  

• Re-landscaped in 2006 following damage sustained from Hurricane Katrina
• Continuing complete landscape maintenance

Isle of Capri, Biloxi, MS

• Complete re-landscape in 2003
• Re-landscaped the project after Hurricane Katrina
• Performed all landscape maintenance operations at this site since 2000

Palace Casino, Biloxi, MS

• Completed a design-build re-landscape of this project in 1997
• Re-landscaped the project after Hurricane Katrina
• Performed all maintenance operations on this project since 2000

Imperial Palace, Biloxi, MS

• Completed a design-build landscape project shortly after Hurricane Katrina as well as a complete renovation of the elevated pool and surroundings – helping Imperial Palace to be the first casino to re-open on the Mississippi coast
• Providing all landscape maintenance services on the project.

Beau Rivage, Biloxi, MS

• Performed the original landscape and irrigation project both on grade and on the elevated pool deck
• After Hurricane Katrina, was called back to complete a full re-landscape of the project prior to re-opening on the anniversary of Katrina

Island View Casino, Gulfport, MS 

• Provided the entire landscape and irrigation work on the site of the old Oasis Resort in Gulfport in preparation for their September 2006 opening
• Currently maintaining all landscape on the project

Resorts Casino, Tunica, MS

• Have maintained Resorts Casino since their entrée into the Tunica market
• Ongoing landscape and construction services

Hollywood Casino, Tunica MS

• Maintained this site since 2005, managing all landscape and special outdoor environment projects on site

Harrah’s Casino, New Orleans, LA

• Installed the original landscape at the permanent casino site
• Have maintained the site since opening
  

This project was awarded the State of Florida's “Best of Category” for commercial landscape over $1 million. It was also awarded the 1995 National Association of Nurserymen's top honor bestowed upon the owners of RCI in a ceremony at the White House in Washington D.C. Project scope included landscape, irrigation, and underground drainage.

The Inn on Biltmore Estates, Ashville, NC

Following the successful completion of Beau Rivage Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi, Yates Construction was confident in negotiating this high profile project directly with RCI. The scope of work included irrigation and renovating existing landscapes.

Six Flags Theme Park (formerly known as Jazzland), New Orleans, LA

The original project , which included landscaping, irrigation, and wetlands plantings, as well as the construction of large planters and installation of specimen trees, was completed in spring 2000. When Six Flags purchased this property, they returned to RCI for refurbishment of the existing landscaping and the design/build of new features to showcase this unique theme park.  Construction work of eye-appealing brick planters containing specimen southern magnolias, the addition of shade trees, shrubs and annuals, and the installation of brick pavers at the park entrance greatly enhanced the property.

SPORTS VENUES

Caesar’s Golf Club of Indiana , New Albany, IN

RCI provided a design/build project for Caesar’s Casino with Bill Bergin’s golf course architect’s design. This was RCI’s first turnkey golf course in Indiana.

English Turn Golf Community, New Orleans, LA

RCI worked directly with the Nicklaus group on their landscaping master plan.  Landscaping and irrigation for Phase I of this development included the clubhouse, pool facility, sales center, entrance drives and entry features, golf villas, and golf course tree planting.

Eastover Golf Community, New Orleans, LA

This project was a design/build negotiated directly with the owner/developer. Scope of work included all landscape and irrigation for the roadway and entry features, sales center, clubhouse, tree planting on the golf course, and the landscaping and irrigation of the early homes in this new, high-profile New Orleans golf development.

Arnold Palmer Golf Development, “The Bridges”, Gulfport, MS

This design/build project, in conjunction with the Palmer Design Group for Casino Magic, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was completed by RCI and included golf course tree plantings and aquatic plantings.  After Hurricane Katrina, RCI has again been called upon to not only provide all landscaping installation and maintenance at the attached Hollywood Casino, but has performed extensive golf course tree plantings as a result of the damage from Katrina.

New Orleans Zephyrs Baseball Field, New Orleans, LA

RCI installed the irrigation and drainage system in coordination with the installation of a prescription turf system for this new minor league franchise.

SHOPPING AND COMMERCIAL CENTERS

Cross Roads Power Center, Gulfport, MS

The scope of work included grading, landscaping, irrigation and sodding for the owner, DBI Inc.  

LaFrontera Shopping Center, Austin, TX; Parmer Center, Austin, TX; Bandera Shopping Center, San Antonio, TX

These projects were negotiated directly with DBI, Inc. and EMJ Corporation after the very successful completion of the Cross Roads Power Center project in Mississippi.  They included landscaping and irrigation work and were our introduction into the Texas market.
