Executive Team

Michael has been a vital part of RCI since 2005 and currently serves as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he leads the day-to-day operations across the organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with RCI’s strategic vision. Before joining RCI, Michael gained valuable international experience as a wireline engineer with Schlumberger, where he worked on projects in Vietnam, Myanmar, and Malaysia. His technical expertise and global perspective continue to inform his leadership at RCI. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2004.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian Rotolo leads RCI’s Accounting, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Legal Affairs functions. He also plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction as a member of the Board of Directors. Brian joined RCI’s executive leadership team in 2011, bringing with him a strong foundation in engineering and operational insight. Prior to RCI, he worked as a field engineer for a prominent French oil and gas services firm based in Houston, Texas, where he honed his analytical and problem-solving skills in complex field environments. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2006) and earned his Master of Business Administration from Rice University in 2010.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kasey Dorr leads RCI’s Business Development, Marketing, and Design efforts, driving strategic growth and brand visibility across all markets. With 18 years of experience at RCI, Kasey brings a deep understanding of the company’s operations, culture, and client relationships. Throughout his tenure, Kasey has held several key roles, including Division Manager of the Hardscape and Aquatic Division, Business Development Representative, and Vice President of Business Development. His diverse experience within the organization reflects his strong leadership, versatility, and results-driven approach. Kasey holds a degree in Accounting from Marshall University and brings a professional background that blends financial insight with a passion for sales and client engagement.

As Chief Operating Officer of Maintenance, Brandt Martin is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple maintenance divisions spanning a seven-state region across the southeastern United States. His leadership encompasses a broad range of functions, including customer relations, contracting, acquisitions and integrations, resource allocation, and field operations management. Brandt joined RCI in 2010 and has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and regional growth within the maintenance sector. His disciplined, results-oriented approach is rooted in his distinguished 25-year career in the military, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and team coordination. With a commitment to service and a deep understanding of field operations, Brandt continues to enhance RCI’s performance and client satisfaction across its maintenance portfolio.

Jodi Corey has been a cornerstone of RCI since joining the company in 1979. Over the years, he has built a remarkable career through hard work, leadership, and dedication—rising through the ranks from laborer to supervisor, manager, and ultimately, partner. Today, Jodi serves as RCI’s Senior Vice President of Construction, where he brings decades of hands-on experience and strategic insight to oversee construction operations and ensure project excellence across the board. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, graduating in 1990. Jodi’s long-standing commitment to the company and deep industry expertise continue to play a critical role in RCI’s growth and success.

Keith Rotolo joined RCI in 2000 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he oversees all operations and business activities, guiding the organization’s strategic vision while ensuring alignment with both short-term priorities and long-term goals. Under his leadership, RCI has continued to evolve into a dynamic and respected leader in the green industry. Throughout his career at RCI, Keith has held a wide range of leadership roles, including Branch Manager, Division Manager of Maintenance, Vice President, Senior Vice President of Maintenance, and President. These positions have provided him with a deep and practical understanding of the business, which informs his thoughtful and effective leadership style. Keith is a proud U.S. Army veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm from 1990 to 1991. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University in 1989. His dedication to excellence, service, and innovation continues to shape RCI’s success and inspire those around him.
