With operations spanning seven states, Brandt’s leadership ensures that our maintenance teams don’t just meet expectations — they exceed them. This week, we’re highlighting the impact of Brandt and the skilled professionals who keep our clients’ properties thriving long after the initial build is complete.
Meet Brandt Martin: Veteran, Leader, and Landscape Strategist
Brandt Martin joined RCI in 2010, bringing with him an exceptional 25-year career in the military. His service experience shaped him into the thoughtful, results-driven leader he is today — a professional who operates with discipline, adaptability, and deep respect for people and processes.
As COO of Maintenance, Brandt oversees every aspect of RCI’s expansive maintenance operation. That includes:
• Supervising multiple regional divisions across the Southeast
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
• Leading contracting and acquisition strategies
• Overseeing integration and onboarding for new markets or clients
• Allocating resources across hundreds of sites with tactical precision
• Supporting field operations and crew development
Brandt is the kind of leader who knows what’s happening in the field, not just in the boardroom. He stays engaged with team leaders, field managers, and clients to ensure that RCI’s standards are upheld from the top down.
What the Maintenance Division Does — and Why It’s Essential
RCI’s Maintenance Division is responsible for keeping large-scale commercial landscapes healthy, safe, and visually stunning year-round. Whether it’s a resort property, casino campus, corporate headquarters, or municipal space, our teams are there season after season, ensuring every detail is maintained to spec.
Under Brandt’s leadership, the division coordinates:
• Turf and ornamental care
• Seasonal color and planting refreshes
• Irrigation management and repair
• Tree and shrub pruning
• Landscape enhancements
• Emergency storm response and clean-up
With operations spread across such a wide geography, logistical planning and consistency are crucial — and that’s where Brandt’s steady leadership shines.
Estimating, Contracting & Field Coordination
While Brandt doesn’t oversee the core Estimating Team directly, his role is deeply integrated with the contracting and resource planning required to support maintenance projects from the ground up. He works closely with pre-construction, sales, and estimating personnel to:
• Ensure RCI takes on contracts that align with field capacity and strategic goals
• Accurately assess labor and resource needs
• Help integrate new clients or acquisitions into our operational model
In this way, Brandt’s work bridges strategic planning with boots-on-the-ground execution — a vital connection for a company like RCI, where scale and service must go hand in hand.
Why Brandt’s Leadership Matters
It’s no accident that RCI’s Maintenance Division has expanded its reach across seven states — growth like that requires someone who can build systems, lead people, and drive operational consistency. Brandt Martin brings all of that and more.
He leads with a unique combination of structure and empathy. His military background has given him a sharp eye for logistics, but it’s his investment in people — from site crews to supervisors — that truly sets him apart. His teams know they’re supported, equipped, and trusted to represent the RCI standard every day.
A Quiet Force Behind Thriving Landscapes
When you see a beautifully maintained hotel campus, a vibrant shopping center entryway, or a polished corporate courtyard in the Southeast, there’s a good chance RCI is behind it — and Brandt Martin has had a hand in making sure it stays that way.
His leadership isn’t about the spotlight. It’s about systems that work, crews that are supported, and landscapes that make our clients look great year-round.
